Ballet is our studio's foundation and the foundation for all other forms of dance. It is a discipline that stretches and strengthen the body while enhancing coordination and grace. While no prior experience is required for our adult ballet class, knowledge of ballet technique is recommended.

In this forty-five minute class, dancers learn to make music with their feet and in turn, enhance their rhythm, musicality and dynamics. Tap is highly recommended for all students who wish to pursue their dancing extensively or for anyone who wants to have some fun!

Yoga, a system of breathing practices, physical exercises and postures intended to integrate the practitioner's body, mind, and spirit, originated in India several thousand years ago. In the contemporary West, however, yoga is more often regarded as a beneficial form of physical exercise than as a philosophy or total way of life. As of 2002, more than six million people in the United States were practicing some form of yoga.

                            Picture
Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Light free weights are welcome.
